Janover Capital LLC ("we") runs hudmultifamily.loan (Endorsement Index). This page explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@hudmultifamily.loan. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
