What the lookup covers
Every apartment loan in HUD's active insured multifamily mortgage file: 223(f), 221(d)(4), 223(a)(7), 241(a), risk-sharing and the smaller programs. Health care (Section 232) and hospital loans are left out. Loans that have been paid off leave HUD's file and this lookup at the next monthly update. Street addresses are joined from HUD's insured properties map layer where the project numbers match. For filters by rate, years left and size, use the assumable-loan finder; for the raw file, see downloads.
